• May work in any of the following areas of Food and Nutrition: Counter service, tray assembly and tray service, cashiering, assembly and prep, tray delivery, diet office and menu selection, tray assembly (hot portioning).
• Maintains sanitary food handling procedures and personal sanitation at all times.
• Collects all trays from patient rooms and pantries using the cart.
