Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit.
• 1–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides meal service to Laureate Psychiatry patient units.
• Prepares and administers appropriate nourishments per diet prescription.
• Presents food appealingly with garnishes when appropriate.
• Uses printed reports to manage patient diet restrictions.
• Delivers coffee break materials to ordering departments.
• Orders and stocks food supplies for serving and nursing units.
• Maintains clean work area and sanitation per policies and standards.
