Job summary

Responsibilities

• Visits patients for menu selections and ensures understanding of diet orders.
• Delivers meals and snacks and maintains patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Follows infection control and safety guidelines in food handling.
• Assists with nourishment kitchen stocking, rotation, and sanitation.
• Identifies patients at nutritional risk and communicates needs to nursing staff.
