St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Nutrition Services Aide to support the foodservice department by preparing, portioning, and delivering patient meals. The role focuses on accurate tray assembly, timely delivery, and maintaining food quality and safety standards throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include operating a POS system, stocking supplies, and assisting with catered functions. Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred, with on‑the‑job training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred.
• Customer service and/or food service experience preferred, but not necessary. On job training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Prepares, sets, and serves all food as directed ensuring proper temperatures.
• Performs minor food preparation and portioning tasks in accordance with departmental policy.
• Delivers trays to patients in accordance with established facility and departmental procedures.
• Picks up soiled trays and returns trays to kitchen for proper cleaning and storage.
• Ensures and maintains proper food quality and temperature.
