Tenet Physician Resources in Tucson is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient triage, education, and support to physicians during office visits and follow-up. You will maintain accurate chart documentation and assist with tests, treatments, and medication administration.

The role requires an active RN license, current CPR, and at least two years of clinical experience in a physician office. A strong focus on patient education and coordinated care is essential.

• Education: High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Certification: Current State RN nursing license. Current CPR certification.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physician office.

Mansioni

• Assists in patient triage and education; supports physicians during office hours and follow-up on prescriptions, procedures and tests.
• Maintains chart documentation to ensure visit information is complete and accurate.
• Conducts vital signs, basic assessments, and documentation; draws labs and prepares specimens as directed.
• Administers prescribed medications and injections; assists with patient education.
• Triages patients to identify emergencies and notifies providers as needed.
