Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. in Richland, WA is seeking a Patient Navigator RN to join our on-site team.

You will be the primary contact for patients during their fertility journey, providing clinical monitoring and care coordination. This full-time role offers weekday hours 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, onsite, with responsibilities including ultrasound basics, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Washington is required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience, ideally in women's health, fertility, OB/GYN, or related setting.
• IVF or reproductive endocrinology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to fertility treatments.
• Perform ultrasound scans or be willing to train in scanning.
• Perform IUI procedures per protocols and scope of practice.
• Provide triage support and clinical guidance within the RN role.
• Administer medications and injections; educate patients on use and timing.
• Serve as patient-facing navigator and coordinate appointments and labs.
• Educate patients on procedures, medications, and expected outcomes.
• Follow HIPAA and clinic policies; support quality improvement efforts.

About the Role

The Patient Navigator RN position is an exciting opportunity for compassionate, service-minded Registered Nurses who want to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. As an integral member of our care team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey—providing both clinical monitoring and care coordination. This role blends direct patient monitoring with IVF navigation and education, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and clinically informed experience for every patient.

We are seeking a Patient Navigator RN to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Richland, WA . This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday — standard hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to fertility treatments, including medication reactions and lab results.
• Perform a variety of ultrasound scans as part of patient monitoring and fertility treatment protocols; experience with or willingness to train in scanning is required.
• Perform intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures in accordance with clinical protocols, training, and scope of practice.
• Provide triage support and clinical guidance within the RN scope of practice.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections, educating patients on proper use, timing, side effects, storage, and adherence.
• Serve as a compassionate clinical point of contact, addressing patient questions, reducing barriers to care, and routing specialized concerns appropriately.
• Coordinate appointments, laboratory work, procedures, and follow-up care throughout the treatment cycle.
• Serve as the dedicated navigator throughout each patient’s treatment cycle.
• Educate patients on protocols, medication administration, procedures, and expected outcomes.
• Follow clinic policies, treatment protocols, safety standards, HIPAA requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support patient education, clinical workflows, staff development, quality-improvement initiatives, and equipment or system maintenance needs.
• Track patient progress, follow up on missed appointments, and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Provide emotional support, address patient concerns, and help remove barriers to care.
• Participate in team case reviews, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, with additional compensation provided (details shared during interviews).
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington is required.
  • BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience, ideally in women's health, fertility, OB/GYN, or a related clinical setting.
  • IVF or reproductive endocrinology experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and patient coordination processes.
• Clinical judgment and ability to elevated concerns promptly.
• Empathetic communicator and educator with a patient-first mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour (Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
