About the Role
The Patient Navigator is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a fertility patient’s journey toward becoming a parent. If you are customer service-minded, compassionate, and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a variety of duties, then this is the role for you. The Patient Navigator position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking a Patient Navigator to join our dedicated team in a remote capacity. This is a full-time, on-site position working from Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30 PM PST schedule with some holidays required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Rate: $24.00-$32.00 per hour (Final offers based on experience, skills, location and qualifications).
