Job summary
Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Technical Consultant - Patient Monitoring to install, support and optimize complex patient monitoring systems in Northern IL and Wisconsin. The candidate should have 2.5+ years in IT services, familiarity with patient monitoring equipment, and a foundational IT/networking background.
Qualifications
- 2.5+ years in IT services or similar technical environments.
- Experience with patient monitoring equipment preferred.
- Foundational IT and networking knowledge; CCNA encouraged.
- Associate degree in CS/biomedical/engineering or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
- Travel up to ~75% across Northern IL/WI required.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to minimize disruption.
- Install, configure, integrate, and test patient monitoring IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot with approved tools; identify root causes to improve stability.
- Document configurations and procedures; follow change control practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, clinical partners, sales and service teams to ensure quality outcomes.
