Qualifications

• 2.5+ years in IT services or healthcare environments
• Experience with patient monitoring equipment preferred
• CCNA or equivalent certification encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for patient monitoring systems.
• Install, configure, integrate, and test complex IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve system, network, and application issues.
• Document configurations and support procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical partners, sales, and service teams.
