Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments, preferably field or hospital-based healthcare.
• Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting; certifications encouraged.
• Associate degree in CS/biomedical/engineering or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% within the geography; ability to work in office/home and hospital settings; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving system, network, and application issues.
• Support lifecycle of patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions, including installation, configuration, integration and testing.
• Troubleshoot using approved tools and diagnostic methods; implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and troubleshooting activities; follow change control practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
