Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, California, seeks a Part-time Mobility Technician II to assist in patient care delivery and provide unit support using lift techniques and patient handling equipment. The role requires teamwork with R.N. and other staff, and adherence to safety and care protocols.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and participating in emergency procedures while ensuring patient and staff safety. Weekend night shifts are included in the schedule.

Formación

• Must hold California CNA with 1000 hours of recent acute care or skilled nursing facility experience.
• If not filled, CNA within 1 year of initial certification with clinical training as a PCA/CNA Trainee.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and transfer patients daily.
• Ability to work as part of a team with RN and other staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in patient care and unit support per nursing plan.
• Reposition and transfer patients using lift techniques and equipment.
• Document care in medical records and monitor patient statuses.
• Assist with ADLs and ensure patient safety.
• Respond to emergencies and follow hospital protocols.
