Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to help lead the food and nutrition team. You will ensure patient meals are accurate, prepared safely, and delivered in a timely fashion while delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with Day/Evening/Night shifts. A background check and drug screen are required, along with proof of employment eligibility in the U.S. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good personal hygiene and neat uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience in culinary/foodservice settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operations of patient meals and dining services.
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal matching their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures of the facility.
• Assist team members and management to help department operate efficiently.
