Sodexo Ltd at Colchester Hospital is seeking a Patient Meals Facilities Coordinator to lead the on-site team and deliver high-quality services in a busy healthcare setting.

You will manage budgets and KPIs, champion health and food hygiene, and develop colleagues through coaching while building strong relationships with hospital staff and clients. The role offers 37.5 hours per week and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced service or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Budget awareness and KPI tracking.
• Commitment to patient and customer experience.
• Good IT skills including Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site team to deliver high-quality services meeting client, patient and customer expectations.
• Build relationships with hospital, client and internal teams as a trusted contact.
• Monitor service standards, customer feedback and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of budgets, costs and financial performance; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Champion health, safety and food hygiene standards in a healthcare setting.
• Coach and develop colleagues through effective communication and training.
