Job summary

Pruitthealth Corporation is seeking a Dietary Aide HCC to assist with meal preparation, tray delivery, and feeding services in a patient-centered setting. You will follow established food safety and sanitation protocols while maintaining a friendly, supportive environment for residents and families.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to infection control practices, and accuracy in documenting substitutions and temperature logs during daily dining operations.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education to demonstrate functional literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assists cook in preparing meals, desserts and/or snacks for patients/residents.
• Uses proper food handling processes, procedures and policies.
• Delivers trays to patients/residents on halls.
• Delivers and serves meals to patients/residents in dining area; food and beverages.
• Prepares between-meal nourishments and serves per guidelines.
• Offers menu substitutions and records them per guidelines.
• Follows procedures for serving partner meals.
• Communicates with patients/residents/family with a warm and friendly attitude and responds to concerns professionally.
