Qualifications

• Current state Food Manager Certificate.
• Experience in quality food preparation and production in healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparation of food items on assigned/scheduled menus.
• Adheres to food production and usage schedules and avoids waste.
• Label, date, and store food items/ leftovers after use.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and utensils and storage areas.
• Prepare trays, snacks, and supplements as instructed.
• Identify safety hazards and assist in inventory and supply management.
