Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• One to two years high-volume production cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and special items for patients and cafeteria following established standards.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food temperatures; record temperatures as required.
• Prepare foods for special functions and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Assist with menu rotation and ensure consistency of product per standardized recipes.
