Qualifications

• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification is required by first day of work.
• One or more year of experience in customer service, food service or patient service (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work with modified diets (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Delivers and presents trays to patients using the standard process.
• Prepares salads, sandwiches, vegetables, and fruit following standard recipes.
• Maintains nutrition service standards and stock levels for dining experience.
• Performs housekeeping tasks including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Handles cash/credit transactions accurately and resolves basic customer issues.
