Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience required.
• Ability to assemble trays and follow dietary guidelines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assembles trays according to patient menu selections.
• Complies with dietary restrictions for modified diets.
• Communicates patient food issues to Food & Nutrition Services.
• Interacts with Nursing regarding patient nutrition needs.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA policies.
• Follows HACCP guidelines in food preparation.
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
