Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains serving lines including dishes and utensils.
• Assembles cold food items and ensures proper storage and dating.
• Serves food, replenishes items, and cleans stations after use.
• Operates cash register and handles payments accurately.
• Counts and deposits cash as required.
• Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, and equipment; loads dishwasher.
• Cleans major equipment and transports waste as needed.
• Sets up and delivers food carts to patients and other areas; returns carts for cleaning.
• Assembles patient trays to standard with correct room/bed numbers and patient details.
• Participates in quality monitoring activities related to temperature and sanitation.
