• Delivers carts to the correct floor or patient area.
• Collects trays and places garbage in designated containers.
• Replenishes floor stock with food and nutrition items.
• Assembles portions for patient meals ensuring high-quality food at proper temperatures.
• Assists in assembling flatware and kitchenware.
• Rotates stock during restocking floor stock.
• Sets up and sanitizes all patient trayline equipment and serving areas.
• Performs computer-related activities as required.
• Knows patient diets to serve meals accurately.
