Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains serving lines with dishes and utensils.
• Assembles cold items and ensures proper storage, dating and refrigeration.
• Serves food, replenishes items, and cleans food stations after use.
• Operates cash register and handles payments during service.
• Maintains sanitary conditions and cleans equipment and work areas.
