Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assembles and serves meals according to diet orders, menus and patient/guest requirements.
• Adheres to hand hygiene and infection control procedures.
• Restocks areas to meet department demands.
• Performs sanitation for the work area per procedures and health guidelines.
• Ensures cooking and serving equipment is prewashed, washed and sanitized.
