• Maintains compliance with the diet prescription and obtaining preferences within that diet.
• Operates register, when assigned, according to established procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, stations, refrigerators, and food warmers.
• Performs routine sanitation assignments such as sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Keeps documentation like temperature logs and safety checks up to date.
• Posts menu boards and signage as assigned.
• Prepares and serves food accurately following portion guides.
• Stocks station with food, supplies and other needed items.
• Inspects china for cleanliness and chippings.
• Delivers food trucks and meals as scheduled.
• Adheres to proper food handling methods per regulations.
• Follows HACCP, HIPAA guidelines and personal hygiene standards.
