Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with the diet prescription and obtaining preferences within that diet.
• Operates register, when assigned, according to established procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, stations, refrigerators, and food warmers.
• Performs routine sanitation tasks and completes daily checklist.
• Documents dishmachine temperatures, chemical logs, and food temperatures.
• Delivers food and meals as assigned.
• Adheres to proper food handling methods per local, state and federal regulations.
• Follows HACCP, Aide & HIPPA guidelines and maintains personal hygiene.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
