TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking a Patient Food Server to provide high quality meal service to patients and staff in a hospital setting. This role involves gathering patient menu preferences, delivering meals, labeling nourishments, and ensuring accurate record keeping in the hospital systems.

The position requires a High School Degree or equivalent, and a ServSafe/food handler certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Food Handlers or ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Banquet/Server experience preferred.
• 1 year of food service experience required (must be listed on application or resume).
• Completion of application assessment is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient menu preferences respecting dietary restrictions.
• Prepare, deliver, and pickup patient meals and nourishments in a timely manner.
• Deliver, label, and track nourishments and/or tube feedings as needed.
• Maintain and update patient information in Computrition Hospitality Suite.
