Job summary

Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma is required.
• HS diploma/GED preferred for individuals over 18.
• 18-year-old individuals enrolled in high school do not need a high school diploma/GED/work permit to be considered.

Responsibilities

• 35%: complete patient meal orders, assemble, distribute and retrieve meal trays in a timely manner; communicate clearly with dietitians, nursing staff and OhioHealth associates.
• 30%: professionally interact with patients, visitors and associates to meet or exceed service standards.
• 15%: clean and stock workstations and kitchen areas as assigned.
• 10%: use computer systems to enter preferences, print reports, labels and diet order changes; print nourishment labels.
• 10%: prepare and deliver nourishments and floor stocks, record temperatures of unit refrigerators; assist in other areas as needed.
