Qualifications

• Must be 16 to 17 years of age.

• Adheres to policies and guidelines by Joint Commission, State of Ohio, Sodexo and BVHS.

Responsibilities

• Duty 1: Food Assembly- Assembles and checks trays according to guidelines with 98% accuracy.
• Duty 2: Patient Room Service- Delivers meal trays to patients following procedures.
• Duty 3: Sanitation and Cleaning- Cleans and sanitizes workstation per regulations.
• Duty 4: Record Keeping- Maintains accurate food temperatures and production logs.
• Duty 5: Productivity- Initiates tasks and meets deadlines efficiently.
• Duty 6: Safety Focus- Attends safety inservices and signs topics.
• Duty 7: Meeting Attendance- Attends monthly meetings and completes documentation.
