Job summary

Taylor County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an entry-level dietary aide to assist cooks, prepare snacks, and deliver meals to residents in a Georgia facility. You will help with trays, beverages, and special diet orders while maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

The role uses standard recipes and requires good communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Word. Training is provided, with benefits and a structured schedule in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing desserts, meals, and snacks.
• Carry trays to patients and serve beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Record temperatures of freezers and walk-ins.
• Follow infection control policies and dietary orders.
