Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs.
• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients during menu selections and tray delivery.
• Coordinates with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions and patient food needs are met.
• Maintains accurate patient information on assigned units and supports dietary monitoring.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and HACCP compliance in food handling and delivery.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
