Mercy Medical Center Redding is seeking a Nutrition Assistant to help deliver safe, high-quality food services to patients and staff. You will prepare and deliver meal trays, assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness, and respond to dietary needs with excellent service.

In this role you will follow industry standards and guidelines for food safety, ensure proper portioning and presentation, and contribute to a positive dining experience within a busy hospital kitchen.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of Food Service or Customer Service Experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Cashier experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food safety compliance and proper labeling of foods.
