Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Part-time Host/Hostess in Easton, PA. You will prepare, deliver and retrieve trays for patients, gather meal preferences, and assist with nourishments while maintaining excellent patient service.

This role requires effective English communication and may involve basic food-prep tasks. Training is provided, and you will work with a compassionate care team in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Effective English communication.
• Customer service and/or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with verbal meal selections per nutrition order.
• Relay patient preferences to food service to maximize satisfaction.
• Answer calls promptly and process requests per nutrition order.
• Perform minor food prep and portioning per policy.
• Operate Vision-Meals Your Way system and access EPIC reports.
• Transport patient trays to rooms as needed.
