Qualifications

• Food handlers' card required within 30 days of hire where applicable.
• Effective interpersonal communication and friendly customer service are essential.
• Ability to learn and operate business software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to obtain menu selections and record daily meal orders.
• Edit patient menus according to dietary orders and modify diets as needed.
• Assemble and deliver patient meals and trays.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient or family inquiries.
• Maintain sanitation and food handling standards per licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with Diet Techs and Dietitians when appropriate.
