Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Dietary Aide to maintain clean, safe kitchen areas and assist cooking staff in meal preparation for patients and staff. You will service and deliver food, stock supplies, and help with dishwashing and sanitation, following infection control procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in institutional food service, knowledge of safe food handling, and ability to operate kitchen equipment.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in institutional food service.
• Understands safe food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate dishwasher, stoves, ovens, mixers and related equipment.
• Serv Safe Certification or similar food safety certification, where required.

Responsabilidades

• Washes/cleans and sanitizes kitchen cookware, utensils, dishes, trays, and service prep items.
• Empty trash receptables into dumpster.
• Cleans kitchen areas including prep area, restrooms, serving counters, dish washing area, dry storage, cooler and freezers.
• Assists cooking staff in meal preparations and portioning.
• Transports, sorts, and washes all dishes from dining room and units.
