Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required) or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years related work experience in Food Service or hospitality.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and safe food handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals for patients and cafeteria per approved recipes and production sheets.
• Uses batch cooking to preserve freshness and follows patient menus and diet prescriptions.
• Records portions and production data; communicates changes in ingredient preparation.
• Maintains sanitation, clean work areas, and equipment according to safety standards.
• Assists with menu development and coordination with the Chef Manager.
