Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year cook experience required.
• Internal training required; culinary program preferred.
• State Food Safety Sanitation Certification within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Prepare food from scratch that is appetizing and appealing.
• Read and follow standardized recipes; portion by diet ticket.
• Take patient meal orders and modify items per prescribed diets using EPIC.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and proper logs.
• Observe foods to ensure proper cooking and food safety.
