Job summary

Qualifications

• ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Manages the patient menu process with high accuracy and timely submissions.
• Delivers and collects patient food trays per schedule and documents intake and calorie counts.
• Maintains unit kitchens, floor stock, and refrigerators with daily inventories and proper sanitation.
• Keeps kardex records up to date and tallies items for food preparation, including late changes.
