Responsibilities

• Assemble patient meals and trays according to diet guidelines and portions.

• Operate the cash register and assist with daily cash reports as needed.
• Perform sanitation duties in kitchen and cafeteria per procedures.
• Assist with catering events and daily food presentation.
• Prepare snacks, beverages, sandwiches, and other patient items per recipes and guidelines.
• Stock and replenish food and supplies in retail and kitchen areas.
• Deliver and stock supplies to nursing units, lounges, and departments.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow safe handling to prevent illness.
