Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Training and Experience: Prefer one to two years of experience in a medical office environment and/or two to three years of customer service experience. Experience with scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and office administrative functions preferred.

Job Knowledge: Knowledge of medical office procedures, patient scheduling processes, customer service principles, insurance filing requirements, confidentiality standards, and applicable computer systems. Ability to understand radiology terminology, physician office interactions, and records management processes.
