• Experience working directly with physicians in a hospital, outpatient clinic, specialty practice, or concierge medicine environment.
• Previous professional experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient care coordination, medical social work, patient navigation, clinical practice support, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, medical documentation, and the coordination of patient care.
• Ability to interpret and accurately communicate documented physician recommendations, recognizing the boundaries between patient education and independent clinical advice.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

This includes reviewing physician documentation, communicating recommendations, coordinating services, answering questions within the scope of the role, and facilitating communication between patients, providers, and other members of the PALM Health team.
