Deaconess is seeking a Patient Intake Specialist I to join our remote US team. You’ll be the first point of contact, greeting patients and guiding them through registration to ensure a smooth, patient‑centered experience.

You’ll collect payments, direct patients to the right locations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. A High School diploma is required; knowledge of the health care revenue cycle and insurance is a plus.
