Responsibilities

• Process inbound orders from referral sources via calls, faxes, and emails.
• Verify patient information and obtain prior authorizations.
• Coordinate with sales, case management, and other departments.
• Enter new patient information into the order processing system.
• Maintain referral logs and ensure timely communication.
• Schedule deliveries to meet patient needs and cost guidelines.
• Document referral source or patient concerns accurately.
