Qualifikationen

• Directs daily patient referral and intake operations and oversees intake policies.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission requirements.
• Oversees insurance verification and authorization processes to maximize third-party reimbursement.
• Coordinates patient education, plan of care initiation, and handoff to home care providers.
• Assists in budgeting and resource allocation for the intake department and liaises with referral sources.
