• Verify ID, insurance cards, and required paperwork in the EMR at registration.
• Schedule and verify patient appointments; communicate with departments to coordinate care.
• Answer phones and direct calls; ensure information release to approved individuals only.
• Collect co-pays, issue receipts, and process refunds or voids per workflow.
• Maintain privacy and security of patient information; adhere to SDMI policies.
