Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years hands on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred.
• HIPPA and PCI Compliance knowledge required.
• Insurance knowledge preferred.
• Some positions may require accurate interpretation and translation in bilingual targeted language.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register all incoming patients and their representatives; ensure admission information is accurately recorded.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPPA guidelines.
• Contribute to operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery in a dynamic environment.
