Job summary

Capital Cardiology Associates in the Capital Region seeks a Full-Time Patient Information Tech to join our team. This role supports front-desk and chart-related tasks, including answering phones, processing paperwork, preparing charts, scanning documents, and retrieving records using Electronic Medical Records systems.

Ideal candidates are prompt, dependable, organized, detail oriented, and team players; prior medical office experience and familiarity with medical software or terminology are a

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Prior Medical Office experience is preferred.
• Experience with Medical software and terminology a plus.
