Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Food Services Manager at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital located in Richmond Heights, MO. As the Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the patient dining program, prioritizing patient satisfaction. This food service manager will ensure food quality, conduct daily patient meal rounding, and demonstrate professional communication skills with a passion for creating a positive patient and guest experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the daily operations of the patient room service dining program
  • Manage, schedule, and train frontline team members and supervisors
  • Coordinate department safety and sanitation
  • Ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks
  • Engage with employees and promote an inclusive culture
  • Conduct rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
