Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in Memphis, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee implementation of patient food services based on medical direction and patient needs.
• Hire, direct, coach, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and meet patient preferences within diet guidelines.
• Achieve patient satisfaction goals.
• Comply with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient rights policies.
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year of food service experience or bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian.
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• ServSafe certification desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet management systems.
