Job summary

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist patients with menu selections and dietary preferences.
• Customer-focused approach and teamwork with nursing and culinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Support patient satisfaction and participate with a multidisciplinary team to improve care.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to patient selections; deliver and retrieve trays on time.
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel promptly.
