Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Nutrition Coordinator to join the Patient Food Service team. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, located at Baptist Jacksonville's Downtown - Main Building.

You will assist patients with menu selections, coordinate with nursing for dietary requirements, manage tray tickets, and ensure timely delivery of meals while supporting patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in patient-facing roles in health care or hospitality.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient interaction.
• Ability to understand dietary restrictions and work with nursing staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients in understanding their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Obtain preferences and modify tray identifiers accordingly.
• Support patient satisfaction and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve care.
• Coordinate menu alternatives for allergies, cultural, ethnic, or religious needs.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately and timely, then deliver/retrieve trays.
