Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Food Hospitality Attendant for Orlando Regional Medical Center in Downtown Orlando, Florida.

The role focuses on delivering excellent patient and guest dining experiences, coordinating tray delivery, and supporting nutrition services. This per diem position emphasizes strong customer service and reliable shift coverage to assist nursing staff and patients.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, recognize, and differentiate between words and series of numbers.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

Responsabilidades

• Displays excellent communication and customer service skills with patients, nursing staff and visitors.
• Deliver the proper tray to the correct patient using proper customer service skills.
• Support the nutritional needs of the patient as part of the Orlando Health team.
• Arrange trays on delivery cart and log delivery times.
• Log tray locations and ensure trays are delivered to patients within a reasonable required time.
• Collect money for guest trays and log money with the diet office.
• Collect and remove soiled trays from floors and keep work areas cleaned.
• Coordinate tray delivery with the expeditor and with the diet office when necessary.
• Assist with expediting trays from list and call preparation areas, checking trays for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor patient diet prescription, diet order changes, nourishment orders, late tray requests and quality standards.
• Accurately take and check patient menus according to physician diet orders

Essential Functions

Displays excellent communication and customer service skills with patients, nursing staff and visitors
